The name Ekaros is derived from the tale of Ikarus in the greek mythology. The name also contains the syllable kar phonetically similar to car and starts with an e to reflect the companies focus on EV's. First design proposals like the one to the left were influenced by Teslas logo.

To better incorporate the mythological origin of the company name the wings of Ikarus were portrayed in the logo.

In order to better emphasise the companies EV focus a socket plug was also incorporated into the logo in form of whitespace.

Finally the logo was completely reworked using a grid incorporating the golden ratio. This is the final logo proposal. The logo is currently in use.
